Next Production - The Book Club of Little Witterington March 2024 

We are very excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for our upcoming play "The Book Club of Little Witterington" by Joan Greening. This is a comedy with an all female cast and will be shown on Friday 14 March 2024 at Chelford Village Hall. Tickets are £15 and include a light supper. Doors open at 7pm with a start time of 7.30pm sharp. If you wish to buy tickets please go to - www.seaty.co.uk/bookclub. Please do remember to email us if you have any food allergies so we can accommodate these with the supper. It is BYOB so please do bring your own cups as well and we hope you have a fab night!

PS there might also be a game during the production and there will of course be a raffle so make sure you bring some change!

New and Exciting Things!

We hope you have all had a lovely summer (well as best you can with the little sun we had!), for us, it is now time to start planning our next production!

Dates for your diary - 

We are hosting a play reading on Tuesday 5 September at 7.30pm At Chelford Village Hall in the Dixon Room (the small bar room); please feel free to pop on down for a chat, a tipple and a run through of a play or two! All very casual and fun and we hope to have a look at a couple of scripts for our next production!

We are hoping to put on a farce/comedy in the new year and our aim is hold a production in March 2024 with rehearsals starting late September 2023 on every Tuesday.

Upcoming Dates!!!

Chelford Players will be hosting their AGM on 9th May 2023 at Chelford Village Hall in the small bar room at 8pm.

Please feel free to pop along and see what we are about. If you would like to join the Committee there are positions on the Committee as well as the positions of Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. Chelford Players will also be hosting an informal meeting at the Egerton Arms on 16th May 2023 at 8pm to discuss our next production. All past and current members are welcome as well as anyone who may be interested in joining the group! Please do come along to see what we will be working on next!
